This book has been the capstone of my personal transformation.
The idea came to me when I was rucking one morning. Why not compile all the hacks and habits I’ve built into a full-life system to help others?
In midlife, our bodies are trying to break down, our stress only seems to be increasing, and our lack of time only seems to getting worse!
I developed The 40 Year Renaissance to claw back more time in your day, and to help reverse the physical decline of our middle aged bodies.
Fixing your nutrition and fitness are only parts of the story. If you don’t fix the problems outside AND inside, you’re only partially prepped for the next 40 years. In the book, I address:

I used this system to see my abs for the first time, but you don’t have to go that far if you don’t feel like you need to. This is all about increasing your quality of life, and if you end up feeling fulfilled, that’s a win!
