Chocolate Ninja Creami Ice Cream

My go-to easy button ice cream recipe; this chocolate Creami recipe is an awesome lower calorie, higher protein treat to look forward to!

Ingredients:

Wet

440g - Fairlife High Protein Chocolate Milk

5g - Vanilla Extract

Dry

50g - Granulated Erythritol (artificial sweetener)

15g - Cocoa Powder

1g - Salt

1g - Xanthan Gum (thickening agent)

Directions

Step 1

In a Ninja Creami Cup, add in the milk and vanilla extract, then set aside.

Step 2

Add all the dry ingredients to a small bowl and mix together. Using an immersion blender, slowly add the dry ingredients into the Creami cup while continuously blending. Keep blending after fully mixed for an additional 30 seconds. Set in freezer with lid partially on for 24 hours.

Step 3

Insert Creami cup into Ninja Creami machine and set to Sorbet. If it looks powdery, continue re-spinning until the consistency looks like ice cream.
